Processing Times (Guide)

• Lashes: 6–9 minutes.
  
• Fine / delicate: start at 6 mins; check lift.
• Normal: 7–8 mins.
• Thick / resistant: up to 9 mins (monitor closely).
• Brows: 5–6 minutes.
  Always assess hair health before full processing.

Directions of Use (Professional Only)

Always patch test 24–48 hrs prior, follow local regulatory guidance, and wear gloves.

1. Prep: Cleanse natural lashes/brows to remove makeup, oils, and residue. Dry thoroughly.
2. Shield / Shape: For lashes, secure lashes to your chosen shield/rod (e.g., Above the Clouds Glueless Shields). For brows, brush and shape hairs in desired direction.
3. Apply Step 1 Lifting Lotion:
   
• Use 1 sachet per client (amount varies with service).
• Apply from base to mid-lengths; avoid tips if ends are very porous.

1. Process:
   
• Start timer immediately.
• Lashes: 6–9 mins (see guide above).
• Brows: 5–6 mins.
  Check at the earliest recommended time—do not exceed max without strand assessment.
2. Remove: Gently remove lotion with a dry cotton bud or lint-free applicator; do not flood with water.
3. Continue: Proceed to Step 2 Fixing Lotion to lock in the lift/lamination, then finish with Step 3 Nourishment Lotion to condition and protect.

• Shorten times after recent chemical services or on compromised hair.
• For multi-texture brows, apply in zones and remove in sequence.

Aftercare You Can Share With Clients (Quick Script)

• Keep lashes/brows dry for 24 hrs.
• Avoid steam, saunas, and oil-based products during the first day.
• Brush into place daily and condition regularly.

Storage & Shelf Life

Store unopened sachets cool, dry, and away from direct sunlight. Use immediately once opened; solutions can last upto a week after opened as long as sealed over.
